Honeycomb Moray Eel
The honeycomb moray eel is another one of the hundreds of species of the moray
eel family, this type of moray eel has some very unique colors, just like its
name it really looks like a honeycomb, the moray eel has a white background with
brown spots with yellow shadows. This type of eel is not really the biggest one
and it lives on the deep waters of the ocean.
The honeycomb moray eel is part of the Gymnothorax favagineus species, this
marine fish is also very shy and it will attack if the moray eel feels that its
under attack. This type of moray eel has one set of very sharp teeth and it
usually hunts at night, this eel likes to hunt for fish and other sea animals
like crab and shrimp. It also moves very fast and like to hide under rocks.
The honeycomb moray eel can be found in tropical seas, this specie likes to live
in shallow waters.
